Refund policy

Unopened purchases of Spärkel Carbonators and Bottles from sparkel.com may be returned by the purchaser to Spärkel for a refund within 30 days of purchase. 

Opened purchases of Spärkel Beverage Systems from sparkel.com may be returned by the purchaser to Spärkel for a refund within 30 days of purchase. 

Purchases from Amazon may be returned according to Amazon's policies.

After 30 days, your Spärkel Beverage System ("Appliance") is eligible for our One Year Replacement Warranty, limited by the terms and conditions outlined below. Opened boxes of Carbonators and Bottles may not be returned at any time.

 Spärkel Appliance Limited One Year Warranty - Terms & Conditions

Sparkel Beverage Systems (Spärkel) warrants that your Appliance will be free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal home use for one year from the date of purchase. To enjoy the benefits of this warranty, go to sparkel.com to register for this warranty. Spärkel will, at its option, repair or replace the Appliance without charge upon receiving the device and proof of date of purchase. If a replacement Appliance is necessary to service this warranty, the replacement Appliance may be new or reconditioned. This warranty only applies to Appliances purchased and operated in the United States and Canada. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state and, in the case of Canada, from province to province.

What is not covered by the Limited Warranty?

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER GENERAL LIABILITY, OR DIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES TO PROPERTY OR TO PERSONS RESULTING FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLIANCE, AND DOES NOT COVER INCIDENTAL COSTS RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE. Some states or provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you depending upon the state or province of purchase. Nor does this warranty cover damages caused by services performed by anyone other than Spärkel or its authorized service providers, use of parts, bottles or carbonators other than genuine Spärkel parts, bottles or carbonators, or external causes such as abuse, misuse, inappropriate power supply or acts of God.


Other Limitations

THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTY, WHETHER WRITTEN OR ORAL. IN ADDITION, SPARKEL HEREBY SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO YOUR APPLIANCE, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY OTHER PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  Some states or provinces do not allow disclaimers of such implied warranties or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you depending upon the state or province of purchase.


How do you obtain warranty service?

Spärkel Appliances are high quality appliances and, with proper care, are intended to provide years of satisfying performance. However, should the need arise for warranty servicing, contact Spärkel through www.sparkel.com. Do not return your Appliance for servicing without first communicating with Spärkel to obtain an Authorization to Return (ATR) number. Spärkel Appliances returned without an ATR number will be returned to the sender without servicing and at the sender’s sole cost and expense.

 

By consenting to Sparkel’s SMS marketing in the checkout and initializing a purchase or subscribing via our subscription tools, you agree to receive recurring text notifications (for your order, including abandoned checkout reminders), text marketing offers, and transactional texts, including requests for reviews from us, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal do-not-call list. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

 

If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications, reply with STOP to any mobile message sent from us or use the unsubscribe link we provided you within any of our messages. You understand and agree that alternative methods of opting out, such as using alternative words or requests, will not be considered a reasonable means of opting out. We do not charge for the service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message and data rates may apply.

We have the right to modify any telephone number or short code we use to operate the service at any time. You will be notified on such occasions. You agree that any messages you send to a telephone number or short code we have changed, including any STOP or HELP requests, may not be received, and we will not be liable for honoring requests made in such messages.

 

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
