If you purchase a product on www.OnTechsmartservices.com and choose to install it yourself, the product will ship directly to your home.

You will receive a ship notification email when your product ships. 

Our delivery window is 2-5 business days.

Delivery

If your OnTech order includes a product to be installed, our Smart Home tech will personally deliver the product to you during your installation appointment at no charge. 

Additional products in your service order that are not being installed by one of our Smart Home techs will also be delivered by the Smart Home tech during your installation appointment.
